Four Phantoms co-founder and brewer, Drew, is giving a free talk for Cider Days 2.0! Fill Up Our Wassail will go over the folk traditions and co-fermentation of cider and beer with an emphasis on the British Isles and Baltic Peninsula, and will break down the contributions of yeast and bacteria typically found inside apples. We’ll also have sweet and savory apple pies on the menu, featuring different varietals from Pine Hill Orchards. Talk begins at 1pm.

Good ‘n Toasty pizza pop-up is a female owned and operated business based in Greenfield, MA. Good ‘n Toasty was born out of the midst of COVID-19 to one small woman with big dreams, Nicole Nartowicz. With a focus on local seasonal ingredients, Good ‘n Toasty creates New England inspired 12″ Neapolitan style pizzas in our two Gozney Roccbox ovens. Good ‘n Toasty believes in thinking globally and acting locally, which is why we use compostable plates, pizza boxes, napkins, and utensils that we recycle, along with any food waste, at Martin’s Farm Compost & Mulch in Greenfield. Welcome to the Valley Tea Dance. Our local dances are fun, safe and a welcoming space for Lesbian/Queer women identified people to get together and dance. We recognize and appreciate the complexity and beauty of all genders. Our aim is to create an enjoyable space specifically for women and adjacent individuals who love women. Therefore, our dances are specifically for this group. Trans women and non-binary folk who connect with femininity are part of our Community. The dances are a collaborative effort of Holyoke Lesbian Meetup and Hawks and Reed.
