Legos will be available to play with in the Children's Room every Monday from 3:30 - 5pm. Complete one of the given challenges or make your own creation to be put on display until the next week. Chess Club

All ages and skill levels are welcome, for both casual and serious games. Chess instruction is available for beginners, and anyone wanting to learn the game. 3rd Mondays Talking Talkies with John Boschen: 42nd Street (1933)
Greenfield Garden Cinema 361 Main St., Greenfield, MA, United StatesJoin movie historian John Boschen as we kick up our heels with the advent of the pre-code 1930's musical. Featuring Academy Award winner Waren Baxter (Old Arizona) across from the infectious Bebe Daniels (The Malteses Falcon). Nominated for Best Picture and Best Sound at the Academy Awards 42nd Street was preserved by the Library of Congress in 1998 on the National Film Registry. The American film Institute lists it as the 13th best musical of all time. With 96% on Rotton Tomatoes, this film is sure to please. Renowned Broadway producer/director Julian Marsh is hired to put together a new musical revue. It's being financed by Abner Dillon to provide a starring vehicle for his girlfriend, songstress Dorothy Brock. Marsh, who is quite ill, is a difficult taskmaster who works long hours and continually pushes the cast to do better. When Brock breaks her ankle one of the chorus girls, Peggy Sawyer, gets her big chance to be the star. Greenfield Recycling Program Information Session
Greenfield Public Library 412 Main St, Greenfield, MA, United StatesSean Kelleher, Greenfield’s SWIFR Recycling Outreach Coordinator, will be at the Greenfield Public Library to provide information and answer questions about the City’s new recycling program. Greenfield is rolling out a new recycling program in 2025! Switching to automated single stream recycling collection, all recyclables, including cardboard, will go into one large cart—no more sorting! These new carts are on wheels and super easy to push to the curb on recycling days. To hear more information about this recycling transition stop by and learn all about how it works! This Information Session is free and intended for Greenfield residents.
