Kids and families, join Children's Librarian, Ellen Lavoie, and customize your own tiny pumpkin with quick-drying toxic-free paint pens! This drop-in program will have four sessions, all taking place after school from 3:30 - 4:30pm under the tent in front of the library (weather permitting). Swing Caravan and the GCC Music Revue

Since bandleader Matthew Shippee took a five year hiatus from concerts to focus on raising kiddos, the band has been returning to area stages in varied configurations with Kirk Sanger on bass, new original songs, and an assortment of guitar pedals for interpreting Gypsy Jazz and vocal jazz standards. This regular gig also features fabulous guest musicians associated with the GCC Music Department where Matthew is faculty and chair of the Contemporary Music Studies program.
