  Greenfield's Independence Day Fireworks Celebration Saturday, July 6th - Rain Date July 7th Free Entry, Live Music, Firework Show Events start at 4:30pm - Fireworks Show at 9:30pm On Saturday, July 6, at Beacon Field, the Greenfield Recreation Department is hosting its annual Fireworks Celebration in recognition of Independence Day. The festivities begin at 4:00 p.m. and include various talented performers and skilled vendors. A rain date is currently scheduled for Sunday, July 7. Below is the full schedule of events for the Fireworks Celebration: 4:00 p.m. – Mixed music performances 5:15 p.m. – Steve Ellis of AfterGlo 6:00 p.m. – Dead Collective 7:10 p.m. – Fortin Family Award 7:15 p.m. – Wildcat O’Halloran Band 8:30 p.m. – Greenfield Military Band 9:30 p.m. – National Anthem performance by Adelaide Ehle 9:35 p.m. – Fireworks The Fireworks Celebration is made possible annually through fundraising by the Recreation Department. Community contributions are what make the firework festivities a reality, whether it is through participation in fundraising events, such as the Cornhole Tournament, or community donations.
