Local Access to Valley Arts
About
Local Access to Valley Arts is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to create opportunities and build inclusive community in and through the arts and humanities.
In early 2020, we opened The LAVA Center in downtown Greenfield with the goal of fostering creativity and community by hosting theater, literary, music, and visual artists. The LAVA Center is located at 324 Main St., between TD Bank and the Pushkin Gallery.
We are focused on making The LAVA Center a space where all artists, including marginalized communities and individuals, can have their voices heard. There are plenty of opportunities for artists and their work to be nourished, such as providing space to show and develop works in progress. Patrons are welcomed into our community and discover thought-provoking, entertaining, and inspiring works of art.
The LAVA Center is also available to rent, providing an affordable option for groups needing space for meetings, workshops and classes, rehearsals and small performances.
