Join Valley Housing Cooperative, Valley Community Land Trust (VCLT), and Noble Home Design/Build to learn about shared equity housing models and exciting plans for affordable, resident governed community housing near downtown Greenfield!

VCLT is about to become the land owner and partner in an exciting new project which seeks to develop affordable housing in Greenfield. The location is less than 2 miles from the center of town, on the banks of the mighty Connecticut River, and adjacent to Greenfield’s most be beloved conservation land.

Please join us Sunday, June 2nd 1-3pm at at Four Phantoms Brewery for presentations, Q&A, and snacks – $1 of every beer sold will be donated to the project.
