Barts Super Premium Ice Cream is handcrafted locally in the Historic Snows Ice Cream Facility located in Greenfield MA. Barts Handcrafted Ice cream is made up of 16% butterfat and only 20% overrun with only the highest quality all natural locally sourced ingredients. At Barts we never use any rBST Growth Hormones, our ice cream is Non – GMO , we use only pure cane sugar and NO high fructose corn syrup. We work with local Pioneer Valley growers and producers of local peaches, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, apples, fresh local ginger, local maples syrup and local honey. We source from producers from around the world of Madagascar Vanilla and Cacao.
At Barts, we only put what we love in our pints. That means local, high-quality ingredients and as much ice cream as we possibly can! Each and every pint is hand packed by our team of passionate ice cream enthusiasts. From our table to yours!
