Next stop: Artspace Community Arts Center Please join us for River Valley Radical Futures, on view at Artspace June 20th - July 11th The River Valley Radical Futures exhibition travels to a future in the Connecticut River Valley 100 years beyond the fall of capitalism, imagined by local groups who work towards that future today. This exhibition showcases imagined artifacts excavated from this future and ideas co-created by members of over 14 local groups envisioning alternative ways of being in the Valley today. These creatives asked themselves, “What kind of world are we trying to create through the work we do today?” This exhibit highlights the work of Sunny Allis, Mary Katherine Cleary, David von Dufving, Bo Kim, Sharona Color, Michael Medeiros, Laura Torraco, and Alix Gerber Each iteration of this showcase will bring a unique experience!

On every last Friday of the month downtown Greenfield comes alive in a celebration of the local arts scene! The Greenfield Arts Walk is a town-wide event featuring a cohort of local arts organizations including Madhouse Multi-Arts, Hawks & Reed, and Greenfield Gallery to name a few. The Arts Walk's mission is to grow the local creative community and economy by attracting interest from beyond the region while strengthening the connections within. During the Arts Walk, many featured destinations showcase work submitted by local artists, providing them with an excellent opportunity to gain a stronger local following and sell their work. Presenting the monthly Handicraft Social which we’ll be hosting on the final Friday of the month at 5pm! Join us at 231 Main Street during the Arts Walk for a relaxed night of adult (18+ please) crafting and chatting. Bring something fun to do with your hands, be it knitting, sewing, drawing, sculpting, or any other project you can take along with you! Bring whatever tools/supplies you need, as this event is downstairs in the gallery and we won’t have access to the tools in the makerspace. This event is BYOB–Bring Your Own Beverage. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic are welcome. We hope to see you there!
