House of Hors and Four Phantoms Brewing Company invite you to join us for the 23rd episode of Secrets of the Sovereigns Pop Culture Trivia + Drag Show! For this month’s show we’re celebrating Franklin County Pride with an all pride-themed show and fundraiser! This program is made possible with support from the Greenfield Local Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency. Trivia starts at 6:30 pm and is $15 per person to enter. Please arrive at or before 6 pm to be seated. Deep knowledge of trivia is not required as long as you know how to have fun! Teams are of an unlimited size. Why? Here at House of Hors, we know that a one-person team can be just as fierce as a team of ten. Winning teams at the shows are often on the smaller side, but prove us wrong with your ten-person team! We dare you! 🙂 Current prizes include items from Tupperware by Joyce, Midnight Entertainment, Babe Gang Patches, and Groundings LLC. Crepes Nanou will be here too serving sweet and savory crepes from 5-8pm.

We’re having a party to celebrate the release of Stoned Gnome, our very first hopped “metheglin” mead. Originating in Wales, Metheglin (meh·thuh·gluhn) is a catchall term for mead made with spices and herbs. We hopped and dry-hopped Stoned Gnome with the special Ales for ALS blend of hops, and $1 per pint will support research at the ALS Therapy Development Institute. We’ll have live music with Stillwater, an acoustic country and rock trio, founded by Christina Cerbone and Sara Holmes. They bring a high energy, down-to-earth performance that invites everyone to dance and sing along. Patch Burger will be here too! The Smith Family (owners of Loftus Ranches and an owner of Yakima Chief Hops) launched the Ales for ALS program, driven by their personal experiences with ALS. Each year participating brewers receive a unique hop blend, craft a beer (or in our case, a mead), and donate a % of sales to the ALS Therapy Development Institute. Can't make it to the event, but still want to donate? https://fundraise.als.net/fourphantoms |
