Watercolor Animal Studies and Pet Portraits

Join us in the GPL Makerspace on Wednesday, August 19, at 3:00 pm, for “Watercolor Animal Studies and Pet Portraits”. In this fun and relaxing class, learn the fine art of pet portraiture through the use of watercolors.

All skill levels are welcome and all materials will be supplied. Participants are encouraged to bring a photo of their own pet.
This class is part of our Summer Roundhouse Series. Participants are encouraged to use the skills they’ve learned to make a project to enter at this fall’s Franklin County Fair. We will hold sessions in mid-August to assist with framing and entering arts and crafts into the Roundhouse. Participants may also use the Makerspace and classroom materials throughout the summer.

This program, made possible thanks to a grant from the Greenfield Local Cultural Council and the Franklin County Fair , is free and intended for teens and adults, ages 13+. No experience is necessary.
