Simple Sewing Class: Magic Pillowcase

Join us in the Makerspace  on Tuesday, October 21 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm and learn how to make a Magic Pillowcase! 

We will help you create a seasonally inspired standard sized pillow case. Purchase your pillow case kit ahead of time at Northampton’s Valley Fabrics (or they’ll help you pick your own 3 pieces) or purchase three different patterns of cotton fabric at Greenfield’s The Textile Company.  You will need 3/4 yard, and 1/4 yard and 1/8 yard of fabrics in different patterns to make your pillowcase.

 Basic sewing skills are required. We will supply sewing machines, thread, and other supplies to finish your project.
