Masshealth Information Session

Certified Masshealth Navigators from the Community Health Center of Franklin County will be at the Greenfield Public Library from 1:00 – 3:00 pm to answer questions and provide information. About Masshealth.

A Certified Masshealth Navigator helps people navigate the complex healthcare system by helping people understand their insurance options, connects patients to community resources/supports, reduces barriers to care, is an advocate, and helps people make informed decisions about their health insurance options by working to increase health insurance literacy.  Masshealth Navigators assist with applying for Masshealth and Health Connector Plans, adding family members to Masshealth, renewing Masshealth plans, troubleshooting issues with Masshealth, shopping for and selecting a health insurance plan, and more!
