LifePath Information Session at the Greenfield Public Library

Andi Waisman of LifePath’s Healthy Living Department will be at the Greenfield Public Library to offer information and answer questions about their free health education workshops.
For people of any age who are living with a chronic health conditions, their caregivers and family members, LifePath’s workshops provide individuals with the information, skills, and support they need to take charge of their health.
