Landscape and Local Landmarks Sketching for Beginners

Join local artist Danielle Lucier for this fun and engaging sketching class on Friday, June 5, at 3:00 pm. Participants will learn how to sketch using pencils and pastels using their favorite local landmarks and landscapes as inspiration. All materials will be provided.

This class is part of our Summer Roundhouse Series. Participants are encouraged to use the skills they’ve learned to make a project to enter at this fall’s Franklin County Fair. We will hold sessions in mid-August to assist with framing and entering arts and crafts into the Roundhouse. Participants may also use the Makerspace and classroom materials throughout the summer.
This program, made possible thanks to a grant from the Greenfield Local Cultural Council and the Franklin County Fair , is free and intended for teens and adults, ages 13+. No experience is necessary.
