Introduction to Tracking the Menstrual Cycle with Martha Hoffmann

About This Event
Join Martha Hoffman on Saturday, April 12 at 11:00 am to learn about tracking your menstrual cycle.
This introductory class is your first step into gaining an accurate and empowered understanding of the menstrual cycle. Participants will learn uterine anatomy, the phases of the cycle, and how to track fertile and infertile windows within each cycle. Participants are welcome to join with any intention—you can apply this content for body literacy, birth control, conception, symptom mapping, and more. Martha always teaches in a gender inclusive and trans affirming way.
Martha is a full-spectrum doula, massage therapist, and fertility awareness educator. She has been a group facilitator and educator for most of her life, and brings joy and accessibility into everything she teaches. She is deeply passionate about helping people cultivate autonomy and empowerment through learning more about their bodies.
