Gaudium Galaxy Community Party at Beacon Field

This event will be to raise capital for Gaudium Galaxy, a community entertainment social club that will open in
the empty storefront next to Home Depot in February 2025. There will be:

Cornhole tournament from 2-4 (Registration from 12-2, $10 per team to enter with a 16-team cap). Winners will take home Gaudium Galaxy T-shirts and a 3 pack of membership tokens for them to use for free admission!

Nerf Frenzy where kids can bring their own nerf blasters and shoot around. There will be a $2 fee for this as players will also be entered into a sharpshooter competition!! (Registration from 12-2, tournament from 2-4) Players will take turns aiming for a target at various distances to advance to the next round! The winner of this competition will receive a Gaudium Galaxy t-shirt and 1 token membership for free admission!

There will also be a kid’s STEM table with a couple crafts for kids to do and take home free of charge!

Yard Games will also be available for your enjoyment, as will a space for folks to bring their own games to play 🙂

Snacks and water will be available to purchase along with T-shirts and membership tokens!!

This event can accept cash, Venmo and Cash-app for purchases.
