Drop in Mending Clinic

Have a favorite sweater that has a hole? Jeans with a torn out knee? Canvas bag that is losing its handle? A button that has come off?

Bring your clean item to the GPL Makerspace on the third Tuesday of the month between 2:00 – 4:00 pm, and let us brainstorm a solution so that you can mend your item. We will help you figure out the fix  and maybe even get you started. We have sewing machines, simple hand sewing tools for basic mending repairs.

Drop-ins are welcome and pre-registration is preferred. Email us at [email protected]  to tell us what you plan to bring to the mending clinic.
