Crossroads Tree Tour with Greenfield Tree Committee

Back by popular demand, Greenfield Tree Committee is holding its Second Annual Crossroads Tree Tour in downtown Greenfield. The tour is directed by Dan Ziomek, plant and soil scientist and Sugarloaf Gardens nursery manager. Dan’s voice is well known from Birdsongs, the WRSI radio show that features Dan’s knowledge of bird habitat, migration and bird songs.
Greenfield’s downtown is graced with an impressive variety of trees that line our streets and provide shady respite on hot summer days. Learn about the trees that enhance our downtown on this ¾-mile loop highlighting 16 important trees that beautify downtown
Greenfield.
