The Crêpes Nanou truck will at Four Phantoms Brewing Co – featuring sweet and savory crêpes made fresh to order using seasonal ingredients from our local farms here in Western MA.

All savory crêpes (also known as galettes) are made with buckwheat flour. They are naturally gluten free, dairy free and egg free.
