Beginning Needle Felting
About This Event
Join us in the GPL Makerspace on Thursday, January 8 at 10:00 am, for Beginning Needle Felting. This two-hour workshop will introduce participants to the art of needle felting with a simple beginner’s project of felted acorns. This project will utilize a variety of felting needles and techniques that are used to sculpt wool fiber into three-dimensional shapes.
Workshop supplies will be provided by the library and participants will be given a resource list should they wish to continue the craft on their own.
Space is limited and pre-registration is required for this class: https://greenfieldpl.libcal.com/event/15977847
Note: Intermediate and Advanced workshops for additional 3D projects may be scheduled if there is sufficient interest by participants.
