Stop by to speak with Franklin County Regional Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) staff to learn more about the opportunity to buy a fully renovated single family home in Greenfield at an affordable price, 42 Cleveland Street.

Rural Development, Inc. (RDI) is a local non-profit affordable housing developer launched by HRA in 1991. Originally built in 1913, RDI is fully renovating this 3 Bedroom, 1.5- bathroom single family home to be ready for occupancy by fall 2024. Applications are due October 21, 2024.
