Each spring, Greenfield Bee Fest celebrates Lorenzo Langstroth, the “Father of American Beekeeping,” with fun and learning for all ages as we highlight the vital role of the honeybee in sustaining our environment.

Events include:

Bee Movie - Saturday, May 22nd at 9:00 am; doors open at 8:30 am

First come, first served for this FREE screening of Dreamworks Animations' Bee Movie, starring Jerry Seinfeld, at the Garden Cinema at 361 Main Street. No reservations or tickets; limit of 107 based on 50% capacity. Concessions will be open. CinemaSafe protocols followed for mask wearing and social distancing.

Exploded View: Hope is the Honey - May 22, 2021, 10 am - 3 pm

A guided installation at The Pushkin Gallery

Masks required. Docents will guide individuals and pods of five or fewer through the installation.

Then take a royal photo op.

A contemplative experience where participants may name their hope-as-honey, and deposit what they need to leave behind from the pandemic into the memorial vault.
