Virtual Racial Justice Speaker Series:
What is the history of reparations in the United States? What might reparations to African Americans and Indigenous peoples look like? Why is it important?
Together we will look at historical and current movements for reparations led by Black and Indigenous activists, and learn about local Jewish efforts for reparations.
This free program is supported in part by a grant from the Bernardston, Deerfield, Gill, Greenfield, Montague and Shelburne Local Cultural Councils, programs of the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.
